Our mission

Troop 915 is dedicated to empowering youth in Victoria, Texas, through experiences that foster leadership, character, and civic responsibility. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where scouts can develop essential life skills, embrace challenges, and build meaningful connections within their community.

We strive to inspire young people to become leaders of integrity by instilling the values of the Scout Oath and Law—honesty, kindness, respect, and responsibility—while nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and creativity. Through hands-on learning, outdoor adventures, and service projects, Troop 915 equips scouts with the confidence and tools to overcome obstacles, set and achieve personal goals, and make a positive impact in the world around them.

Troop 915?

Did you know our troop number has a special meaning? Troop 915 was named in honor of the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows, celebrated on September 15. Since our troop is chartered by Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, the number 915 reflects both our faith and our parish family.
